At this critical time, one needs to use all the safety measures, including masks, water, air purifier, etc. Along with your lungs which are being impacted by the situation. Your skin also needs your attention and nourishment to fight with the worse impact of pollution.
It is seen that people living in polluted areas have many skin problems like ageing, acne, hives, and eczema, which might result in significant issues like skin cancer, etc.
Therefore we have a few tips to keep yourself engage with practices of skin-wellness.
1. Cover your Body: Save yourself from the direct touch of the external environment of the polluted area. Therefore stay covered by full-sleeve clothes, scarves, and masks on your face. These products may be harmful; consequently, they might have an adverse impact instead of helping you. Try to rely on herbal cleansing products, e.g. Aloe Vera, Milk, Cucumber, etc.
4. Regular Session of Full Body Massage: Last but not the least, taking a session of full body massage can act as a shield between your skin. The herbal oil used in the body massage creates an extra layer of your skin. Therefore, it protects you from harmful external particles of pollution. Consequently, a person who is residing in Delhi or any polluted city must have a membership in a spa, to take a session of body massage.
